POE mini UPS (Power over Ethernet Uninterruptible Power Supply) is a compact device that integrates POE power supply and uninterruptible power supply functions. It simultaneously transmits data and power through Ethernet cables, and is continuously powered by a built-in battery to the terminal in the event of a power outage, providing “zero power” protection for IoT terminals.
When the mains power is normal, after the device is connected to the mains power, the internal POE power supply module converts AC power to DC power and simultaneously transmits data and power to POE terminals (such as cameras and APs) through Ethernet cables. Synchronize charging and energy storage for built-in batteries such as lithium mini ups batteries or supercapacitors.
When the mains power is interrupted, the built-in energy storage device immediately starts (with a switching time of 0ms) and boosts the battery’s DC power to POE standard voltage through a DC-DC circuit.
Continuously supply power to terminal devices through Ethernet cables to maintain device operation.
